Being part of the early stage of a customer´s development plan allows for a timely, cost-effective, equitable product development which is suited to plastic. When developing our own products GAUDLITZ draws on our own original ideas, decades of experience and close cooperation with customers. By integrating powerful simulation software such as MoldFlow and CATIAV5-GAS (FEM analysis), GAUDLITZ is in a position, even at the earliest stage of production, to record areas where improvements may be possible. KISSsoft calculation programmes are used in the field of gear housing production. As far back as 2007 a ZEISS computer tomograph was installed to aid us in tasks such as defect or flaw analysis and product optimisation. We have thus created the preconditions necessary to place products and new designs on the markets as fast and in as best a way possible.
