Metrology, an important element in the quality assurance process, is located in the centre for competence at GAUDLITZ. At our company we have the correct technology to meet every demand.
This includes standard measuring equipment and 3D CNC coordinate and 3D-computer tomography measuring machines. The quality of gear parts may be tested using scanning equipment and a dual flang roll tester. Special tools used for optimization purposes, only to be found at GAUDLITZ, allow for adjustment in the area of complex gear housing geometry. An image analysis system allows us to carry out controls on very small contours and components.
The centre sees itself in its totality as an interface for product and tool development as well as an analysis and optimization centre capable of dealing with demanding components. Decades of experience are placed at the disposal of our partners and this is called on for a wide variety of inquiries.
