Below you will find directions how to get to GAUDLITZ by various mean of transport.

Coming from the South and East:

• You leave the A3 motorway at the junction Fürth / Erlangen and move on to the A73 to Bamberg / Coburg until you come to the exit to Coburg (Exit 7)
• Take the Coburg exit onto the B4 towards Bamerg
• At the 3rd exit leave the B4 (Keep on eye out for the GAUDLITZ signpost)
• Turn right at the next lights
• After 50 m turn right into our visitors´car park

Coming from the West:

• Leave the A3 motorway at the Biebelried junction and head onto the A7 towards Kassel
• At the Schweinfurt / Werneck motorway junction take the A70 towards Bamberg
• When you come to the Schonungen exit leave the road you are on and take the B303 in the direction of Coburg
• When you come to the end of the B303 turn off on to the B4 heading for Coburg
• Follow the B4 until the third exit
• Turn right at the next lights
• After about 50 m turn right into our visitors´ carpark

Coming from the North:

• When you come to the Erfurt crossroads leave the A4 and take the A71 in the direction of Meiningen / Suhl
• When you come to the Suhl motorway junction leave the road and take the A73 heading for Coburg as far as the Coburg exit. (Exit 7)
• Using this exit move on to the B4 going towards Bamberg
• At the 4th exit leave the B4 (pay attention to the GAUDLITZ signpost)
• At the next traffic lights, turn right and after 50 m you should turn right into our visitors´ car park

The Central Station in Coburg is your destination

Taxi stands can be found at the main entrance about 50 meters on the left. Our company is about 800 m away from this. 

• if you would prefer to walk then exit the main station via the main entrance and turn left
• continue on down the road, go though the underpass and follow the main road
• at the next traffic lights go straight across the road and them immediately cross over to the opposite side of the road
• our main entrance is 50 metres further on, on the right-hand side

The closest major airport is located in Nuremburg, about 100 km from Coburg. You have the choice of travelling by train from the airport to Coburg or by using a rented car. 

Should you be able to use a smaller plane there is always the possibility of landing at the local airport in Coburg - (Brandenstein). Further information about this is available at  www.edqc.de/html/flugplatz_home.html
