Here at GAUDLITZ all tradeable engineering plastics are processed. These amount to 500 various types of ganulate though many of these contain fillers.
 
Be it for thermoplastic or thermoset processing GAUDLITZ has all the expertise and the equipment at its disposal to be able to turn our customers´specifications and innovative ideas and designs into high-precision products. 

The high degree of automation in our modern injection moulding machines, whose clamping power ranges from 150 bo 6500 kN, ensures stability in the production process. We have great experience in 2 component and Inmold-Decoration-production technology and are more than capable, thanks to the clean room we have set up, of producing products in a dust-free environment.

All in all, GAUDLITZ has 110 injection moulding machines in use.
