1st International Quality- & Environmental Management Meeting in Coburg

On February 1st and 2nd, an international Quality Management Meeting took place in Coburg. Participants were Ms Jessica Wu, Head of Quality Management in Wuxi, Mr. Dusan Spacek, head of Quality Management in Dacice and Mr. Thorsten Vesper, the head of our Quality department in Coburg, together with his team.
Under the direction of Mr. Vesper, the group spent two days discussing current problems and quality issues of every location in order to find solutions together. Additionally they talked about the different requirements for the certifications GAUDLITZ plans to renew, as well as internal and customer audits.
Regarding the ongoing process of internationalization of our group, this was a great chance for the participants to standardize processes and actions. As a Global Player Quality issues are very important within the interaction with customers. By conducting such meetings where representatives of our different offices in the world are necessary in order to guarantee the high quality standards that GAUDLITZ sets itself.
