Company History
At GAUDLITZ we see ourselves as a company which harmoniously combines tradition and values with technical progress.
The original plant was founded by Oskar Gaudlitz in Coburg in 1937. It all started with the prodution of synthetic resin parts.
Since those early years Gaudlitz has become synonymous with high-precision, engineering plastic parts.
The following timeline highlights some of the milestones in our firmīs history:

| 1949 | The company commissions its own mold |
| 1955 | The Company moves to its current location. (25.000 mē) Callenberger Str. 42, in Coburg |
| 1958 - 1964 |
The establishment of the thermoplastic injektion mold production |
| Deployment of thermoset raw material (previously resin/laminate on highly-developed injection mold machines |

| 1992 | Ownership changes hands (WASAG-Chemie AG, Essen) |
| 2003 | Distribution partnership with Intensa Technologies, Austria |
| 2004 | Setting up of the Joint Venture Gaudlitz Green Point Precision Technology in Wuxi, China |
| 2007 | Setting up of the Joint Ventures Gaudlitz Precision s.r.o. Dacice in the Czech Republik |
| 2008 | 100% Takeover of the plant in China, Gaudlitz Precision Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. In addition to the automotive business sector a new area known as Medical Engineering is founded. This process includes the installation of a clean room |
| 2009 | Upgrade to a real clean room, class 8, DIN ISO 14644/1 |
| 2011 | Expansion of our plant in Dacice, moving to new manufacturing and administrative offices with a total of 2.000 mē. |
