He is one of the best table tennis players that Germany has to offer: Kilian Ort. With his skills and his team he catapulted his home club TSV Bad Königshofen from the fifth to the German table tennis league. Kilian's extraordinary talent is quickly discovered: Meanwhile he is a sports soldier and lives his dream. This dream consists of multiple, daily, hard training, discipline and participation in many tournaments.
Kilian's personal highlight was the German Championships 2018 in Berlin, where he could only be stopped in the final by world number one and table tennis superstar Timo Boll.
"I want to be one of the best. Olympia 2024 would be one of those goals," says a happy Ort. In 2014 he already took part in the Youth Olympics in China.
When Kilian is not at the sports performance base in Düsseldorf or at his home club, he travels from tournament to tournament worldwide, because only there you will get points that are needed for world rankings.

We are very pleased that Kilian Ort has visited us in Coburg. In our production halls where other kinds of precision, technique and speed are important we obviously couldn't resist playing one or two rounds with him.
