
Customer Service Manager (m/w/d)
Job description:
- Daily communication with Czech and foreign customers
- Receipt of customer orders and their entry into the ERP system
- Issuing price offers to customer
- Creation and updating of short-term and long-term sales prospect
- Creation of documents for sales price calculations, negotiations on sales prices
- Compilation and evaluation of business KPIs
- Cooperation with all departments across the company
- Solving Ad-hoc tasks
- Participation in foreign business trips
Requirements:
- High school/Master degree – Economic, business direction advantage
- Communicative knowledge - English or German
- General economic overview, orientation in the business environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Natural authority, convincing oral and written expression, „for the customer“ approach
- Independence, flexibility, efficiency at work
- Willingness to learn new things, the ability to distinguish priorities
- Diligence, consistency, reliability
