Customer Service Manager (m/w/d)

Job description:

  • Daily communication with Czech and foreign customers
  • Receipt of customer orders and their entry into the ERP system
  • Issuing price offers to customer
  • Creation and updating of short-term and long-term sales prospect
  • Creation of documents for sales price calculations, negotiations on sales prices
  • Compilation and evaluation of business KPIs
  • Cooperation with all departments across the company
  • Solving Ad-hoc tasks
  • Participation in foreign business trips

Requirements:

  • High school/Master degree – Economic, business direction advantage
  • Communicative knowledge - English or German
  • General economic overview, orientation in the business environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Natural authority, convincing oral and written expression, „for the customer“ approach
  • Independence, flexibility, efficiency at work
  • Willingness to learn new things, the ability to distinguish priorities
  • Diligence, consistency, reliability
