Welcome to Gaudlitz, your partner for precision plastic parts, injection molding and more.
Since 75 years the name GAUDLITZ has been synonymous with the economical production of high-precision plastic parts made from thermoplastic and thermo-set raw materials as well as the development and manufacture of high-quality molds.
GAUDLITZ has always been a competent and reliable partner for customers throughout the world in industries as diverse as the development and preparation of plastic solutions, series injection molding and assembly and logistic processes.
Gaudlitz is a 100% subsidiary of the SDAX listed H&R AG, Salzbergen.
Gaudlitz is a company steeped in tradition which offers complete solutions. We develop and produce high-precision plastic parts and offer a range of complete solutions from mold construction to system assembly. The materials for our precision plastic parts are chosen very carefully and in close co-operation with leading producers. All in all, we process more than 500 types of raw material for our high precision plastic parts and injection molds.
In order to be able to offer our customers professional and individual solutions in the area of precision plastic parts we concentrate on working closely with our clients.
It goes without saying that expert consultation at a personal level in order to determine the individual specifications and demands of the injection mold parts you need belongs to the services we offer.
Our main plant is located in Coburg where we have our own tool-making shop for precision plastic parts as well as a thermoplastic and thermo-set injection mold production. In addition, we produce high-precision plastic parts in Dacice in the Czech Republic and in Wuxi, China,
We have set ourselves the goal of having our products define true precision in the world of plastic parts. The challenge therein lies in the fact that while being processed, plastic parts made of thermoplastic, often reinforced, raw materials are prone to warp. We eliminate these deviations during plastic processing by using optimal processes on the most modern processing equipment and by the correction procedures we use when manufacturing injection mold tools.
