A lot has changed in the course of our company history in the past 80 years. New technologies, new exciting jobs, new global opportunities and developments. However, the excitement of young people for technology and innovative ideas has not.

In our anniversary year, we are also welcoming our new plastic pioneers. From today forward, they will write their personal success story at GAUDLITZ. Together with the Group CEO and the responsible Trainee Supervisors, we brought them into a strong symbolic position in front of our bronze anniversary-80.

Our story is rooted in a lively and growing trainee culture – our future as well.

In the past 80 years, we have guided more than 700 trainees during their successful career start. Technology enthusiastic, dedicated personalities, from which many have been loyal to our company for decades. As a solid and important pillar of our HR policy, we create attractive conditions and incentives for young people and promote cross-generational collaboration. Exactly this interaction of experienced plastic experts and hungry newcomers drives us and lets our company grow in the future.

“Over the years we have developed a real hands-on-trainee program, always keeping an eye on digitalization, the development of the production possibilities and the individual strengths of our trainees”, states Trainee Supervisor Thomas Durst.
