Ihre Rolle im GAUDLITZ Hub ist es die Managementsysteme kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und dabei interdisziplinär mit allen Abteilungen dabei zusammenzuarbeiten, um NEXT GEN PLASTICS dynamisch und adäquat zu organisieren.

Ihre Mission im GAUDLITZ Hub: Als Experte für Reklamationsmanagement tragen Sie dazu bei, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu erhöhen, indem Sie Kundenabwanderungen vermeiden und die in Beschwerden enthaltenen Hinweise als wertvolle Ressource für betriebliche Optimierungen der Prozesse nutzen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- hauptverantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung, Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie ggf. Leitung des Audits vor Ort unter Einhaltung der Akkreditierungsvorgaben sowie der Cert-Vorgaben
- Dokumentenprüfung einschließlich der Auditberichterstellung nach den formellen und inhaltlichen Anforderungen
- Aufzeichnung der Stärken, Abweichungen, Empfehlungen und der eingesehenen Nachweise
- Klärung der Zertifikatsinhalte sowie -gestaltung
- Erstellen von PLP und FMEA sowie statistischen Auswertungen
- Administrieren des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (CAQ-Software)
- Bearbeitern von Reklamation im Bereich Lieferanten und Kunden
# Ihr Profil
Das zeichnet Sie aus
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Techniker- und Meisterabschluss im entsprechenden Bereich
- mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Audits
- ausgeprägtes Urteils- und Entscheidungsvermögen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Erkennen komplexer Zusammenhänge
- kostenbewusstes Denken und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz
- sehr ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
