# Der Job
Seien Sie der Qualitätsspezialist, für unser GAUDLITZ Hub! In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für das frühzeitige Identifizieren von Qualitäts- und Zuverlässigkeitsrisiken. Ihr Fokus liegt darauf, Fehler zu vermeiden und sämtliche qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse zu durchlaufen, um das NEXT GEN Produkt für unsere Kunden zu garantieren.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Kategorisieren der Kundenneuanfragen bezüglich der Herstellbarkeit
- Prüfen und Bewerten der Zeichnungen sowie Erstellen von Herstellbarkeitsanalysen in Bezug auf Toleranzen und Spezifikationen
- Abstimmen der Prüfungen mit den Kunden sowie Auswählen und Beauftragen der Prüfmittel
- Erstellen von Produktionslenkungsplänen (PLP) und Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sowie statistischen Auswertungen
- Administrieren des Qualitätsmanagementsystem (CAQ-Software)
- Vorbereiten und Unterstützen von Audits
- Unterstützen beim Durchführen der REACH und RoHS
- Konformitätserklärungen sowie Datenpflege im International Material Data System (IMDS)
- Unterstützen der ausländischen Standorte bezüglich der IQS Software
# Ihr Profil
Das zeichnet Sie aus
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Audits
- Kenntnisse im Erstellen von Produktionslenkungsplänen und Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
- ausgeprägtes Urteils- und Entscheidungsvermögen
- analytisches Denkvermögen und Erkennen komplexer Zusammenhänge
- kostenbewusstes Denken und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz
- sehr ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
