# Der Job

Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie Reklamationen von Lieferanten und Kunden professionell bearbeiten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, interne Audits sowie Lieferanten- und Kundenaudits vorzubereiten, zu organisieren und durchzuführen. Zudem werden Sie Kundenbewertungen und Normen abfragen und prüfen, um unsere Standards kontinuierlich zu verbessern und die Vision von NEXT GEN PLASTICS umzusetzen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeiten von Reklamation im Bereich Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Vorbereiten, Organisieren und Durchführen interner Audits, sowie Lieferanten- und Kundenaudits
  • Abfragen und Prüfen von Kundenbewertungen und Normen
  • Unterstützen in den Bereichen Produktionsplanung, Qualitätsvorausplanung und Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Erstellen von statistischen Auswertungen für das Qualitätsmanagement
  • Durchführen der REACH und RoHS Konformitätserklärungen

# Ihr Profil

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Reklamation
  • Basiswissen Qualität im Bereich Automotive und Medizin
  • vorzugsweise Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Team- und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • flexible, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie unterstützen der ausländischen Standorte (Reisebereitschaft)
